§ 2-2-102. Definitions.
As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires: “Agricultural products” means horticultural, viticultural, forestry, dairy, livestock, poultry, bee, and any other farm, ranch, plantation, and range products; “Association” means any association organized under this subchapter; “Member” means a member of record as determined under the articles of association and bylaws of an association. The term “member” shall include the holder of a membership in an association without capital stock and the holder of common stock in an association organized with capital stock; and “Person” means individuals, firms, partnerships, corporations, and associations.
