§ 2-7-309. Agreements.
If an agreement is reached between the farmer and any creditor or creditors, the agreement shall: Be signed by the farmer and any such creditor or creditors; Bind each to the terms of the agreement; Be enforced as a legal contract between the farmer and such creditor or creditors; and Constitute a mediation release.
