§ 8102. Definitions.

(a) Division means the Division of Senior Citizens.

(b) Administrator means the head of the division to be

known as the Senior Citizens Administrator.

(c) Council means the Guam Council on Senior Citizens.

(d) Senior Citizen means any person fifty-five (55) years of

age or older.

(e) Director means the Director of the Department of Public

Health and Social Services.
