§ 1.7.

Appropriations from the Pension Stabilization Fund. (a) All of the moneys deposited from time to time into the Pension Stabilization Fund are hereby appropriated, on a continuing basis, to the State Comptroller for the purpose of making distributions to the designated retirement systems as provided in Section 25 of the Budget Stabilization Act. (b) The appropriations made under this Section are in addition to, and do not affect, the amounts subject to appropriation under any other Section of this Act. (Source: P.A. 94-839, eff. 6-6-06.)
