§ 14.
Incorporators. Any one or more natural persons, at least one of whom is a resident of this State, who desire to form a company under this Article shall sign and acknowledge before an officer authorized to take acknowledgments, articles of incorporation in duplicate. (Source: P.A. 84-502.)
