§ 14a.

Procedures for the disposal of election records. The provisions of the Election Code do not supersede the provisions of this Act with regard to procedures for the disposal of election records. Local election authorities must comply with the provisions of this Act when destroying or disposing of public records. (Source: P.A. 96-475, eff. 8-14-09.)
