§ 214.

Excluded Substances. (a) Products containing an anabolic steroid, that are expressly intended for administration through implants to cattle or other nonhuman species and that have been approved by the Secretary of Health and Human Services for that administration, and that are excluded from all schedules under Section 102(41)(B)(1) of the federal Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802(41)(B)(1)) are also excluded from Sections 207 and 208 of this Act. (b) The non-narcotic substances excluded from all schedules of the Federal Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.) pursuant to Section 1308.22 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 C.F.R. 1308.22), are excluded from all schedules of this Act.
