§ 272.
District enlarged. The corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include the territory in the Village of Hoffman Estates, County of Cook, and State of Illinois described as follows: THE WEST 320.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 650.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH EAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTH EAST QUARTER (EXCEPT THE SOUTH 50.00 FEET TAKEN FOR CHICAGO AVENUE) OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, RANGE 10 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF OUTLOT F IN EVERGREEN SUBDIVISION NO. 3, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, RANGE 10 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID OUTLOT F; SAID CORNER BEING ON THE NORTH LINE OF PALATINE ROAD (SAID NORTH LINE OF PALATINE ROAD HAVING A BEARING OF SOUTH 90 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS DESCRIPTION); THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 14 MINUTES 48 SECONDS EAST ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID OUTLOT F A DISTANCE OF 600.01 FEET TO A CORNER OF SAID OUTLOT F; THENCE NORTH 90 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 60.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE SOUTH 08 DEGREES 46 MINUTES 18 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 404.74 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SAID WEST LINE OF OUTLOT F; SAID POINT BEING 200.00 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF OUTLOT F; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 45 MINUTES 12 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 60.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 14 MINUTES 48 SECONDS WEST PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID OUTLOT F, A DISTANCE OF 199.74 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF PALATINE ROAD (ALSO BEING THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID OUTLOT F); THENCE SOUTH 90 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST ON THE NORTH LINE OF PALATINE ROAD A DISTANCE OF 60.0 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
