The Secretary shall consider the recommendations of the Board on questions involving standards of professional conduct, discipline and qualifications of candidates and license holders under this Act. Four members of the Board shall constitute a quorum. A quorum is required for all Board decisions. Members of the Board have no liability in any action based upon any disciplinary proceeding or other activity performed in good faith as a member of the Board. Members of the Board shall be reimbursed for all legitimate, necessary, and authorized expenses incurred in attending the meetings of the Board. (Source: P.A. 103-251, eff. 1-1-24.)
