§ 6.
A local governmental agency deducting from compensation and retirement benefits pursuant to Section 2 or 3 of this Act may agree to receive and may receive reimbursement from the labor or professional organization or the insurance company, as the case may be, for the cost of withholding and transferring such amounts to the organization or company.
