§ 6-313.
In case the highway commissioner, or upon appeal from his decision, the county superintendent of highways, shall finally determine against the advisability of the proposed laying out, widening, alteration or vacation of such township or district road, such order shall have the effect to annul and revoke all proceedings and assessments, releases and agreements in respect to damages growing out of the proceedings upon the petition aforesaid. It shall be the duty of such clerk to record such order, together with the plat of the surveyor in a proper book to be kept for that purpose. (Source: Laws 1959, p. 196.)
