§ 6c.
Public Health Water Permit Fund. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a special fund to be known as the Public Health Water Permit Fund. All fees collected by the Department pursuant to Section 6 of this Act shall be deposited into the Fund. The amount collected as fees shall be appropriated by the General Assembly to the Department for the purpose of conducting activities relating to groundwater protection. (Source: P.A. 85-863.)
