§ 7.
Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987 licensees. Licensees of the Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987 are exempt from the requirements of Sections 10, 15, 20, 50(a)(4), 50(a)(5), 50(a)(6), and 50(a)(7). Licensees are also exempt from the requirements of Section 50(a)(2) and Section 70 for any transaction resulting in the origination of a new mortgage loan extinguishing the existing mortgage loan.
