(Government Salary Withholding Act.) Title: An Act defining the powers and duties of local governmental agencies to pay premiums and costs or portions thereof, and to withhold parts of employee and elected or appointed official compensation to provide insurance or retirement benefits for employees and appointed or elected officials, and to make certain voluntary payroll deductions.
