§ 68-151a.
68-151h. Same; how money expended. All moneys derived from such bond issue shall be expended only for the purposes specified in K.S.A. 68-151g on county roads in each county commissioner district in the same proportion as the total miles of county roads in such county commissioner district bears to the total number of miles of county roads in the entire county.History: L. 1945, ch. 276, § 2; June 28.
