§ 2101.02.

Every six years, in each county having a separate judge of the probate division of

the court of common pleas, one probate judge shall be elected who is qualified as

required by section 2301.01 of the Revised Code .  The probate judge shall hold office for six years, commencing on the ninth day of

February next following the judge's election.
