§ 3901.046.
(A) As used in this section: (1) “Electronic signature” has the same meaning as in section 1306.01 of the Revised Code . (2) “Insurer” has the same meaning as in section 3901.32 of the Revised Code . (B) An insurer may use an electronic signature to comply with any signature requirement
placed upon insurers by this title, including any requirement that a document submitted
by an insurer to the department of insurance be signed.
