§ 4104.20.
No owner or operator of any boiler shall operate the same in violation of sections 4104.11 to 4104.16 , inclusive, and 4104.18 of the Revised Code , or of any rule or regulation adopted by the board of building standards, pursuant
to section 4104.02 of the Revised Code , or without having a boiler inspected and a certificate of operation issued therefor
as provided in such sections or hinder or prevent a general or special inspector of
boilers from entering any premises in or on which a boiler is situated for the purpose
of inspection. No owner or operator of any pressure vessel shall operate the same in violation
of section 4104.10 of the Revised Code , or of any rule or regulation adopted by the board of building standards, pursuant
to section 4104.02 of the Revised Code .
