§ 2129.25.

When an executor or administrator is appointed in any other state, territory, or foreign

country for the estate of a person dying out of this state, and no executor or administrator

for the estate is appointed in this state, the foreign executor or administrator may

file an authenticated copy of the foreign executor's or administrator's appointment

in the probate court of any county in which there is real property of the deceased,

together with an authenticated copy of the will.  After filing those copies, the foreign executor or administrator may be authorized,

under an order of the court, to sell real property for the payment of debts or legacies

and charges of administration, in the manner prescribed in sections 2127.01 to 2127.43 of the Revised Code .
