§ 2151.4229.
The department of children and youth shall biennially audit the memorandum of understanding
prepared by each public children services agency to ensure compliance in accordance
with sections 2151.4220 to 2151.4226 of the Revised Code 1 . 1
In 2022 H 4 as passed by the General Assembly, “sections 2151.4220 to 2151.4226 of
the Revised Code” appeared as “sections 2151.4210 to 2151.4216 of the Revised Code”
but was subsequently changed by the Legislative Service Commission.
