§ 2937.28.
All recognizances shall be returnable to and all deposits shall be held by or subject
to the order of the court or magistrate before whom the accused is to appear initially,
and upon the transfer of the case to any other court or magistrate shall be returnable
to and transmitted to the transferee court or magistrate. It is not necessary for the accused to give new recognizance for appearance in common
