Ohio Code § 3105.52
Ohio Code § 3105.52. Reproduced from the official Ohio Revised Code, with a citation summary, verification link, and related provisions.
§ 3105.52.
Even though a collaborative family law participation agreement fails to meet the requirements
of section 3105.43 of the Revised Code , a court may find that the parties intended to enter into a collaborative family
law participation agreement if the parties signed a record indicating an intention
to enter into a collaborative family law participation agreement and the parties reasonably
believed they were participating in a collaborative family law process. If a court makes such a finding, sections 3105.41 to 3105.54 of the Revised Code apply to the same extent as if the parties had entered into a valid collaborative
family law participation agreement.
