§ 3119.94.
(A) The director of job and family services shall adopt rules that provide for all of
the following: (1) The payment to the appropriate person of any funds that a court or child support
enforcement agency has impounded under section 3119.90 or 3119.92 of the Revised Code ; (2) The return to the appropriate person of any other payments made pursuant to a child
support order if the payments were made at any time after the child support order
has been terminated pursuant to section 3119.90 or 3119.92 of the Revised Code ; (3) Any other standards, forms, or procedures needed to ensure uniform implementation
of sections 3119.86 to 3119.94 of the Revised Code . (B) With respect to the court order for impoundment required under division (A)(1) of section 3119.90 of the Revised Code , the director of job and family services may adopt rules that specify a form for
the order or approve a form developed by the Ohio judicial conference.
