§ 3121.05.

When a court determines at a hearing conducted under section 3123.05 of the Revised Code , or a child support enforcement agency determines at a hearing under section 3123.04 of the Revised Code or pursuant to an investigation conducted under section 3123.02 of the Revised Code , that the obligor under the court support order in relation to which the hearing

or investigation is conducted is unemployed and has no other source of income and

no assets so that the application of sections 3121.03 and 3123.06 of the Revised Code would be impracticable, the court shall issue an order as described in division (D)(1) of section 3121.03 of the Revised Code and shall order the obligor to notify the child support enforcement agency in writing

immediately of the receipt of any source of income or of the opening of an account

in a financial institution, and to include in the notification a description of the

nature of the employment or income source, the name, business address, and telephone

number of the employer or income source, and any other information reasonably required

by the court.
