§ 3121.58.
If an obligor fails to make the payment required by division (B) of section 3119.28 of the Revised Code , the office of child support shall maintain a separate arrearage account of that
amount for the obligor. The office shall not deduct the unpaid amount from any support payment due the obligee
under the support order.
