§ 3121.82.
The case registry shall include all of the following information: (A) The name, social security number, driver's license number, other identification number,
residence telephone number, and date of birth of each obligor and obligee under a
support order; (B) Payment information including the periodic support amount due, arrearages, penalties
for late payment, fees, amounts collected, and amounts distributed under a support
order; (C) Liens imposed on real and personal property to recover arrearages under a support
order; (D) With respect to a child support order, the name and birthdate of each child subject
to the order; (E) Information obtained pursuant to an agreement under section 3121.74 of the Revised Code ; (F) Any other information required by the director of job and family services pursuant
to rules adopted under section 3121.86 of the Revised Code .
