§ 3123.47.
On receipt of a notice pursuant to section 3123.43 of the Revised Code , a board shall determine whether the individual named in the notice holds or has
applied for a license from the board. If the board determines that the individual holds or has applied for a license and
the individual is the individual named in the notice and does not receive a notice
pursuant to section 3123.45 or 3123.46 of the Revised Code , the board may not issue a license to the individual, may not renew a license issued
to the individual, and shall suspend any license issued to the individual.
