§ 3701.134.

To the extent appropriations made by the general assembly make this possible, the

director of health shall provide, for the purpose of section 3313.671 of the Revised Code , the means of immunization against chicken pox to boards of health, legislative authorities

of municipal corporations, and boards of township trustees.
