§ 3905.201.

(A) Each insurer that sells, solicits, or negotiates any form of limited line credit

insurance shall provide a program of instruction to each insurance agent whose duties

will include selling, soliciting, or negotiating limited line credit insurance.  The program of instruction shall be provided to the insurance agent prior to the

agent's appointment by the insurer. (B) The superintendent may require prior review and approval of any program of instruction

provided under division (A) of this section.
