§ 3911.021.

Any insurance company that issues life insurance policies in this state shall file

electronically, in a format prescribed by the superintendent of insurance, on or before

June first of each year, a description of the measures taken by the insurance company

to detect and prevent stranger-originated life insurance.  The description shall be attested to by an officer of the company.  The reports shall be maintained by the superintendent as confidential and not a

matter of public record. As used in this section, “stranger-originated life insurance” has the same meaning

as in section 3916.01 of the Revised Code .
