§ 3919.36.

Every corporation, company, or association referred to in section 3919.31 of the Revised Code shall invest, as provided by law for domestic life insurance companies, so much of

the reserve or guarantee fund, in excess of ten thousand dollars, as will equal at

least two and one-half per cent of all premiums or assessments collected from policies

or certificates in force, on the last days of June and December of each year, until

such reserve or guarantee fund is equal to two dollars for every five thousand dollars

of insurance in force.  Securities for such reserve shall be deposited with the superintendent of insurance

on the last days of June and December of each year, or within thirty days thereafter,

to be held by him for the benefit and protection of policyholders or certificate holders.
