§ 3941.29.
Any mutual company which neglects to make and forward to the superintendent of insurance
an annual report of its affairs, as required by law, or refuses to allow him free
access to its books and papers, and to investigate its financial standing if organized
under the laws of this state, shall forfeit its charter, and the superintendent shall
proceed without delay to bring its affairs to a close.
