§ 3957.11.
(A) A pharmacy benefit manager shall notify the superintendent of insurance if the pharmacy
benefit manager, or any owner of the pharmacy benefit manager, is subject to administrative
action by a government entity having professional, occupational, or financial authority
in this or another state while the pharmacy benefit manager holds a license under
this chapter. The notice shall be provided not later than thirty days after the entry date of
final disposition in the matter and shall include a copy of the order, consent order,
or any other relevant documents related to the matter. (B) A pharmacy benefit manager shall notify the superintendent of insurance if the pharmacy
benefit manager, or any owner of the pharmacy benefit manager, is subject to a criminal
prosecution in this or another state, other than a misdemeanor traffic offense, while
the pharmacy benefit manager holds a license under this chapter. The notice shall be provided not later than thirty days after the person initially
appears before a judge or magistrate and shall include a certified copy of the charging
document. Not later than thirty days after final disposition of the criminal prosecution,
the pharmacy benefit manager shall provide to the superintendent a certified copy
of the court's entry or order that reflects the final disposition of the prosecution
and any other relevant document related to the prosecution.
