§ 4167.03.
(A) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no provision of this chapter shall
be construed to supersede or in any manner affect any workers' compensation law or
to enlarge or diminish or affect in any other manner the common law, statutory rights,
duties, or liabilities of public employers or public employees under any law with
respect to injuries, diseases, or death of public employees arising out of, or in
the course of, employment. (B) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to enlarge or diminish or affect in any
other manner the common law or statutory rights of public employers, contractors,
or subcontractors to enter into or enforce indemnification, hold harmless, or guarantee
performance agreements among themselves as those agreements existed prior to June
30, 1993.
