§ 4723.63.

As used in this section and in sections 4723.64 to 4723.69 of the Revised Code : (A) “ Contact hour ” means sixty minutes of continuing education, which may be determined by rounding

to the nearest quarter hour. (B) “ Medication ” means a drug, as defined in section 4729.01 of the Revised Code . (C) “Nursing home” and “residential care facility” have the same meanings as in section 3721.01 of the Revised Code . (D) “ Prescription medication ” means a medication that may be dispensed only pursuant to a prescription. (E) “Prescriber” and “prescription” have the same meanings as in section 4729.01 of the Revised Code .
