§ 4723.751.
The board of nursing shall either conduct dialysis technician certification examinations
itself or, in accordance with rules adopted under section 4723.79 of the Revised Code , approve testing organizations to conduct the examinations. If it conducts the examinations, the board may use all or part of a standard examination
created by a testing organization approved by the board. Regardless of who conducts it, the examination shall cover all of the subjects specified
in rules adopted under section 4723.79 of the Revised Code .
