enrolled in the school.  The state vision professionals board shall not require a nonresident instructor

who holds a license in another state to obtain a license in accordance with Chapter

4796. of the Revised Code to practice optometry in the manner described under this

division. (D) A student enrolled in a school of optometry, located in this or another state and

Code to engage in an activity that is included in the practice of optometry. (F) An individual who is not licensed or otherwise specifically authorized by the Revised

deemed to hold, during the course of the charitable event, a license to practice optometry

from the state vision professionals board and shall be subject to the provisions of

this chapter authorizing the board to take disciplinary action against a license holder.  Not less than seven calendar days before the first day of the charitable event,

the individual or the event's organizer shall notify the board of the individual's

intent to engage in the practice of optometry at the event.  During the course of the charitable event, the individual's scope of practice is

limited to the procedures that an optometrist licensed under this chapter is authorized
