§ 4729.07.
An individual desiring to be licensed as a pharmacist shall file with the executive
director of the state board of pharmacy a verified application giving such information
as the board requires. An application filed under this section may not be withdrawn without the approval
of the board. Each applicant shall take an examination to determine fitness to practice pharmacy. Examinations of those applying for licensure as pharmacists shall be held at such
times, during each year, and at such places as the board determines. The board may use all or any part of the licensure examination of the national association
of boards of pharmacy or any other national standardized pharmacy examination that
it considers appropriate. The board may require applicants to purchase the examination and any related materials
from the organization providing it.
