§ 4911.04.
The consumers' counsel shall be a resident of this state and during the counsel's
term of office shall not hold any other office of either trust or profit under the
government of the United States, this state, or any political subdivision of this
state, except that this section shall not be construed to preclude the consumers'
counsel from serving as a member of the reserve of the armed forces of the United
States or the Ohio organized militia. The counsel shall not engage in any other occupation or business, but shall devote
full time to the duties of the office of consumers' counsel.
