§ 4929.09.

In accordance with the commission's order prescribing a separation plan under division (E) of section 4929.04 of the Revised Code , a natural gas company granted an exemption under section 4929.04 of the Revised Code for a commodity sales service or ancillary service may designate the natural gas

the cost of the designated supplies shall not be considered in the determination of

rates and charges for the company's nonexempt services, including rates and charges

determined pursuant to section 4905.302 of the Revised Code .
