§ 5.28.

The tenth day of November is designated as Armed Services, Peace Officer, First Responder,

and Dual Service Recognition Day for individuals who have served, or who are serving,

in the armed services and also have served, or who are serving, as a police officer

or other first responder.  These individuals, twice the servants, shall be recognized and honored on the tenth

day of November.
