§ 5103.131.

The department of children and youth may apply to the United States secretary of health

and human services for a federal grant under the “Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment

Act,” 42 U.S.C. 5116 , and the “Family First Prevention Services Act,” 42 U.S.C. 50711 , 50723 , and 50741 , to assist children's crisis care facilities certified under section 5103.13 of the Revised Code in providing temporary residential and other care to preteens.
