§ 513.15.

The ownership of a joint township district hospital, including all right, title, and

interest in and to all property, both real and personal, pertaining thereto, shall

vest in the joint township district hospital board.  In the selection and acquisition of a site for such hospital, the board shall have

the same powers for the appropriation of lands as are conferred upon state departments,

institutions, boards, or commissions.  Such board may receive and hold in trust for the benefit of the hospital, any grant

or devise of land, and any donation or bequest of money or other personal property

that is made for the establishment or support thereof.
