§ 5529.05.
The fees levied, charged, or referred to in sections 4503.40 and 4503.42 of the Revised Code shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the highway operating fund
created by section 5735.051 of the Revised Code , and shall be used to construct, reconstruct, maintain, and repair public roadside
park areas, to provide for beautification projects along the state highway system,
and to implement sections 5529.03 and 5529.06 of the Revised Code .
