§ 5533.91.
That part of the road known as state route number forty-four, located within Lake
county and commencing at the intersection of that state route and state route number
two and extending in a northerly direction and ending at headlands beach state park,
shall be known as the “LCpl Andy Nowacki Memorial Highway.” The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating
its name.
