§ 5534.437.
In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion
of the road known as state route number fifty-five, running in an easterly and westerly
direction, between the intersection of that route and state route number forty-eight
and the western border of the municipal corporation of Troy, in Miami county, shall
be known as the “Sheriff Sergeant William “Bill” Morris Memorial Highway.” The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating
its name.
