§ 5901.23.

Any veterans plot owned or maintained by any county, township, or municipal corporation

shall be open for the burial of the body of any deceased veteran on application by

a relative of the decedent or other proper person responsible for the disposition

of the remains to the county, township, or municipal corporation owning or maintaining

the plot.
