§ 6105.19.
A petition filed under section 6105.18 of the Revised Code shall contain: (A) The name of the watershed district it is proposed to dissolve; (B) A statement that the signers of the petition request that the question of the dissolution
of the district be presented to the electors within the territorial boundaries of
the district at the next general election.
