§ 711.37.

Upon the filing of the plat and certificate by the surveyor as required by section 711.36 of the Revised Code , the board of county commissioners shall cause them to be recorded in the office

of the county recorder, and such record, or a copy thereof, certified by the recorder,

is prima-facie evidence of the plat of the municipal corporation in all the courts

of this state.
