§ 925.55.
No person shall sell, offer for sale, expose, or have in his possession for sale fresh
fruits or vegetables prepackaged in the same retail store, market, or business establishment
where said commodities are being exposed or offered for sale in containers in which
the face or exposed surface gives a false representation of the contents of such package. It shall be considered a false representation if said face is not reasonably representative
in size, color, quality, and varietal characteristics of the remaining portion of
such package.
